Accomodation Management
GEM will be responsible exclusively for hotel room management in order to:
- negotiate preferential accommodation rates
- simplify the booking process
- ensure that all participants are accomodated in the same hotel (currently being finalized)
Important: hotel costs and travel/logistical expenses remain the responsibility of the distributor. GEM will sponsor the welcome dinner on the first evening.
Room Confirmation and Payment
By a deadline that will be communicated at a later stage, the distributor must:
- Pay for the allocated room(s)
- Send proof of payment to:

This step is required to ensure that the distributor effectively confirms their candidate’s participation in the course. Participation may also be confirmed by providing proof of airline or train ticket purchase.

If a room has not been paid for by the established deadline, it will automatically:
- be considered cancelled
- be riassigned to other interested participants
This policy prevents places from remaining blocked by participants who are not fully committed, allowing access to candidates who express interest at a later stage.
Please note that participation in the course is guaranteed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis:
- Participants whose room payment is received first → secure their place
- A room reservation alone does not guarantee attendance
- Registration remains open until all available places are filled
